weight training tips anyone?
wats poppin people? alright so im 16 years old i weigh 210 i stand 5'9". i want to start getting more muscle because now that i weigh 210 (i used to weigh 230) i figured it would be easier to do. i dont know how to start though i dont know if i should go for cut then bulk or what. i want to be big and bulk but i dont want to be slow. i want to be bigger cuz when i lost weight i lost size. i need to know what i can do to get buff. but should i start for cut or start with size and how. what kind of scheduel should i do? and i need to know excercises. and if u know how to give best answers tell me and i will give the best answer to the best answerer. thanx. peace.

Building muscle has been my biggest problem for years!
My skinny frame is not exactly the greatest attraction to women.
This was my problem throughout high school, but thankfully I
have fixed that problem. All due to this website.
