Well you need to follow a program of course.
Nutrition: eat 5-6 times per day. Meals that consist of high protein food like meat, eggs and low carbs and fat. Use Whey everytime before workout.
Workout: work 3 times per week in GYM or at home. All muscle category exercises, 2 muscle categories per daily workout.
That is just the basic. You need to know that you need to work hard to gain muscles in 2 months, get a program and stick to it, then you will see results.

5 x 5 program should be a great way to pack on muscle for you buddy. And ofcourse a decent diet program which has 50% protein in each meal and the rest composed of carbs and fats. Remember to keep carb ration high around workouts and breakfast and control its consumption in other times. the best way to do this is substitute your carb source to green veggies in other meals
