i want a muscle building program for this 2 month summer to get me the most muscle i can in 2 months,?
i’ll be 16 at the end of july ,im 6′4” 275lbs..football player im hoping to get lighter by eating healtthy and jogging and working out. definition of the muscle is not my concern i just want to get stronger and faster and also tons of muscle mass. what food plans would be suggested, i was thinking a low fat, low carb high protein diet. any workout scheduel and food plan avaiable?
Well you need to follow a program of course.
Nutrition: eat 5-6 times per day. Meals that consist of high protein food like meat, eggs and low carbs and fat. Use Whey everytime before workout.
Workout: work 3 times per week in GYM or at home. All muscle category exercises, 2 muscle categories per daily workout.
That is just the basic. You need to know that you need to work hard to gain muscles in 2 months, get a program and stick to it, then you will see results.
