I’m doing this …
I’m doing this exact thing right now. I’ve lost 30 lbs so far. Been working out for about 45 – 50 days now. It’s great. Got a pretty long way to go but the muscles of my forearms are showing much more now and my ribs are starting to show also!! I’m feeling great!!

Let’s say I’m 175 …
Let’s say I’m 175 pounds and 20% body fat, so I need to digest 1750 calories a day to maintain weight. If I make a deficit down to 1400 a day, and my body uses my stored fat to build muscle, what do I put my calories to after my body fat has reached a low number? Do I go back to the 1750 a day?

i’m down 15 lbs in …
i’m down 15 lbs in around 3 months! (and watching your videos the whole time!) from 130 to 115. goal right now is 110. i just started lifting weights, because i realized that even though i’m losing weight my body is still the same “shape”, just smaller… and i want a better shape, lol. keep up the videos!!!

don’t weight train …
don’t weight train every day! do it every other day and jog in between. you need to rest the body, when you build musscle your actually ripping it and when it builds back it gets bigger, if you don’t take a break every other day from weight training you’ll do damage to your musscles
