A good breakfast would be a PROTEIN SHAKE, boiled egg whites with no yolk, fruit smoothie or a fruit of your choice, ! bowl of cereal or oatmeal. or grilled tuna or salmon or angus beef or wheat bread with peanut butter. Any protein-rich foods would do, as long as you balance it off with a high fiber food and some carbs. The protein-requirement that you need may be computed as 0.8gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. obviously a mass-building program would be High-Protein, moderate-High complex carbs and low-moderate healthy fats.
