Key weight training/training tips for 400m?
What are some key muscles and workouts that can make for being specifically a better 400m runner? Any other key tips are appreciated.

If you are going to do weight training, be sure that you also have a stretching program. You don’t want to lose range of motion.
Running 1 or 2 600s every week will improve your strength for the last 100m. You might also try running repeat 400s up a gentle slope if you can find one.
