I’m trying to gain muscle weight and grow my arms and abs. I found the p90x program but can’t figure out if it is mainly for losing weight or if this program will work for me?

it is for gaining muscle and strength, but not bulking up

This program is mostly for gaining muscle. In fact if you are extremly overweight or obese I recommend you start with a different program first.
