Weight training Diet tips?

Im 15 stones ish and am training 6 days a week and im eating well too. However apart from me counting the calories i consume by eating, how do i work out how many calories i burn off while im not training? I have a normal lifestyle so semi active. Basically i need to know the easiest way i can count how many calories im burning a day apart from when im training. Hope you guys can help so my weight training pays off whether i decide to add some muscle to 16 stones first then reduce calories to tone up? Or should i just bulk up to 16 stones the quickest way then concentrate on defining, the problem is I don’t want my gut to get to big, its border line.
Basically I just want to know how many calories I would burn a day on average based on the information above. Or the average man, Thanks.
I need more information please. 10 points.

You are doing the right thing keeping an eye on your health. There are two very informed sources at the Jelly Belly Be Gone website. Read the free reports then see if it can fit into your routine. It helped me and might do the same for you. Good luck.
