How can one get fit and build strength with free weights without increasing muscles mass?
Free weight exercises are best for overall fitness. How much weight should be lifted for the free weight exercises with dumbbells for fitness, strength gain and to lose weight. I don’t want to increase my muscles mass.

In general, lighter weights with high reps (i.e. 3-5 sets of 15-18 reps) will build strength without a lot of bulk. Heavier weights with low reps (2-3 sets of 8-10 reps) will build bulk.
