The need to be healthy and strong happens to be each and everyone’s resolution for the New Year. What a way to start it by eating well and exercising safely. - Walk the dog or run after your cat.
- Visit the park and conquer the monkey bar.
- Walk a flight of stairs while carrying two hard-bound dictionaries.
- Wash your vehicle and your neighbor’s too.

- Play a contact sport like Frisbee.
Those are the top ten ways you can work up a sweat and move a lot. This way you could workout your entire body and not just single areas called spot toning. The trick against getting bored doing all these exercises is to delegate a pair for this month and the next for the succeeding months. There is the YMCA you can always go to. 2) Walking

a) The Revised Kindergarten Jump Rope
