can some1 give me some tips with weight training?
Saturday, December 5th, 2009ok.. im only 17 yrs old, im male, 63 kilos and 173cm tall. im pretty skinny. i used to be overweight (75 kg) but i lost the weight and now im 63 kilos. as i said, im skinny, but i have alot of body fat; not much muscle. i have been doing weights for a little while, about 2 months, slowly im seein results in my arms, not as much shoulders, a little in the chest (only when i tense i can feel the chest muscle) and a little in the abs. what would you recommend for me? workout changes? anything with core workouts?

How should a 13 year old boy train to pack on muscle while maintaining and building speed?
Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009I am 13 years old, 5′1 112 pounds, I play rugby & I want to pack on some muscle while maintaining and building speed. I need a program which will help me build on both. I am a mesomorph build so I am currently relatively muscular. Any advice on a program to help will be much appreciated.
training and weight loss tips plz?
Saturday, November 21st, 2009im 5"10, 143 pounds and about 8-10% body fat varying by day and im trying for 4-5% bodyfat i exersize 5-6 days a week usually swim distance butterfly about 2-4 thousand meters butterfly and other stuff and either run 4 miles or do eliptical and eat 12-1500 calories a day but ive hit a plateau and ive been same bodyfat and weight for about a month any tips for different exersizes? btw i weight train 3-4 times a week usually every other day
