i am a skinny guy who has trouble building muscle mass.?
Sunday, September 20th, 2009In the past, i’ve probably worked out harder and harder to build muscle but weren’t satisfied with the results. i want to discover why it’s so hard for me to gain muscle (and easier for other guys) and what i should i do to even the playing field.
i would like to know:
1) how to make muscle-building easier and more convenient
2) Is there a powerful muscle-building program that could help me gain 10, 15, or even 25 pounds of muscle in just 12 weeks of training!
