Can you tell me what is the Best muscle building program.I’m not looking for any pills or any "become an hulk in an month" or 30 min a week program.I’m looking for the best free hard long exhausting program that will drain the life out of me.By the way I’m 14 yrs old.

Lou Ferrigno, the star of TV’s “Incredible Hulk” who was helping Michael Jackson train for a planned concert tour, said he “looked fantastic” at the end of May, the last time the two met.

“When I saw him, he was not frail,” Ferrigno told CNN’s “Larry King Live” on Monday night, adding, “He seemed fine, alert, no pain at all.”

The bodybuilding champion was hired to train the king of pop in preparation for his come back 50 day tour in London. Lou has trained Michael Jackson on and off for the past 15 years.
